    We would like to inform you about the operation of bringing pets on board in Santa Monica.


    We plan to operate with assigned seating. Small dogs must be kept in a carrier and will be assigned a seat next to the designated area.


    For medium and large dogs, the basic rule is to keep them in your vehicle. If keeping them in the vehicle is not possible, they must be stored in a carrier and kept in the baggage room on board.


    If you do not agree with the above guidelines, please note that you will not be allowed to board for the safety of your pet. We kindly ask for your understanding.



    For privacy reasons, the application details have been changed to be viewable only by the administrator.


    After the administrator reviews the reservation, a reservation message will be sent via "KakaoTalk." You can check your reservation details through the received message.


    Once you proceed with bank transfer or card payment, a "payment confirmation message" will be sent, and your reservation will be confirmed.



    Section 3: Refunds, Refund Fees, and Cancellation Fees

    Article 19 (Refunds and Refund Fees)

      ① The carrier shall refund the fare according to the following criteria if the passenger's boarding is canceled, postponed, or delayed for reasons beyond the passenger's control after purchasing the boarding ticket (refer to the table below).

    1. If the passenger cancels or postpones boarding due to personal reasons after purchasing the passenger and vehicle boarding ticket (including reservations)

    2. If the vessel cannot operate due to reasons beyond the carrier's control (e.g., weather conditions)

    If the vessel cannot operate at an intermediate port, a refund corresponding to the undelivered portion will be provided upon passenger's request.

    3. If the vessel cannot operate due to the carrier's responsibility (e.g., engine failure, vessel accident)

    Full refund of the fare plus an additional 10% of the passenger fare and 10% of the vehicle fare

    After departure

    If transported to the destination using another vessel: No refund

    If returned to the departure port: Full refund of the fare plus an additional 20% of the fare

    If disembarked at an intermediate port: Refund of the fare for the remaining portion plus an additional 20% of the fare for the remaining portion

    4. If the voyage is delayed due to the carrier's responsibility (e.g., engine failure, vessel accident)

    If the voyage is delayed by more than 50% of the normal operation time: Refund 10% of the passenger fare and 10% of the vehicle fare; If the voyage is delayed by more than 100%: Refund 20% of the passenger fare and 20% of the vehicle fare

      ※ This does not apply if the voyage time is 1 hour or less.

    If you are departing from Mokpo, you should go to the Mokpo Port International Passenger Terminal for Queen Jenuvia (01:00) or to the Mokpo Port Samhak Passenger Terminal for Queen Jenuvia 2 (08:45). If you are departing from Jeju, Santa Monica departs from the Coastal Passenger Terminal at Pier 2, and Queen Jenuvia also departs from the Coastal Passenger Terminal at Pier 2 at 13:40. However, for vehicle boarding, the vehicle must be loaded at Pier 4, after which a shuttle bus will take you to Pier 2. Queen Jenuvia 2 (16:45) boards at the International Passenger Terminal located at Pier 7. For vehicle boarding, the vehicle must be loaded at Pier 6, and then you will take a shuttle bus to Pier 7 for boarding.
    If you are traveling with a vehicle, please arrive at least one hour before departure. If you are without a vehicle, arriving 30 minutes before departure will give you enough time to board comfortably.
    The mobile boarding pass is automatically issued without the need for a separate request and will be sent out collectively around 5:00 PM on the day before your trip. However, please note that if certain conditions are not met (e.g., refunds, outstanding balances, vehicles over 1 ton requiring a visit to the ticket office), the boarding pass will not be issued.
