Coastal Passenger Vessel Transportation Terms and Conditions

Chapter 1: General Provisions

Article 1 (Purpose)
The purpose of these Transportation Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") is to stipulate necessary matters regarding the transportation of passengers, baggage, and special baggage, transportation of automobiles or heavy equipment, and cargo transportation by coastal passenger transportation operators.

Article 2 (Application and Amendment of Terms)

1. These Terms apply to domestic passenger transportation, baggage and special baggage transportation, automobile or heavy equipment transportation, cargo transportation, and other related services provided by the carrier.
2. For matters not stipulated in these Terms, relevant laws, regulations, or general practices shall apply.
3. In cases where a special agreement has been made that does not violate laws and regulations, the provisions of the special agreement shall take precedence over the corresponding provisions of these Terms.
4. The transportation of passengers, baggage, special baggage, automobiles or heavy equipment, and cargo shall be governed by the Terms and regulations in effect on the date of transportation.
5. These Terms and the regulations established hereunder may be subject to change without prior notice due to relevant laws, government orders, etc.
