Chapter 1: General Provisions

Article 1 (Purpose)
The purpose of this Transport Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") is to stipulate necessary matters regarding the transportation of passengers, baggage, automobiles, and cargo by domestic passenger transport operators.

Article 2 (Application and Changes to the Terms)

1. These Terms apply to the transportation of passengers, baggage, automobiles, cargo, and other related tasks by the carrier.
2. Matters not specified in these Terms shall be governed by relevant laws, regulations, or general customs.
3. In the case of any special agreements made regarding specific provisions of these Terms that do not violate laws or regulations, such special agreements shall take precedence over the relevant provisions.
4. The transportation of passengers, baggage, automobiles, and cargo shall be governed by the transport terms and conditions and the regulations established on the day of transportation.
5. These Terms and the regulations established hereunder may be subject to change without prior notice due to related laws, government orders, or other regulatory changes.
