There are pet suites, pet standard rooms, pet economy rooms, pet rooms, and pet gardens available on the ship where you can stay with your pet. Please follow the crew's instructions when using these facilities.

This is a private room for up to 4 people, equipped with a bathroom for extra comfort. Additionally, two Paris Baguette coffee coupons are provided.
The Pet Standard Room can accommodate 16 people and is sold in sets of 2 rooms (beds) (even numbers).
This is a dedicated space for small dogs under 4kg. For pets over 4kg, please use the Pet Suite Room or Pet Standard Room.
For smooth boarding, please wear a muzzle and a leash before boarding. As with small and medium-sized dogs, a carrier is essential.

Please ensure to measure the weight of the loaded cargo truck at an "Authorized Weighing Station" and bring the weighing certificate.
Only "weighing certificates within 24 hours" are accepted. Without it, vehicle loading may be restricted.

If there are items loaded in the cargo bed, a weighing certificate is mandatory.

Reserve a bicycle together
When making a reservation, select [Bicycle Reservation] and pay the bicycle fee.
Additionally, inform the ticket office that you have a bicycle and make the payment.
※ 3,000 KRW per bicycle, 2,000 KRW for additional carrier, 3,000 KRW for electric scooter.
The bicycle shipping fee of 3,000 KRW is a marine transportation fee,
and if not stored in a hard case, the shipping company is not liable for any issues that may arise.

After verifying your bicycle receipt with the on-site staff, follow their instructions to safely load your bicycle (same location as vehicle loading). After loading, carry your ID, board the shuttle bus, and proceed to the terminal to board the vessel at the scheduled time.
Attention!! This is an area with frequent movement of large vehicles. Please follow the instructions of the on-site staff to prevent any safety accidents.
Please note that if the bicycle is not stored in a hard case, any scratches or damage will not be covered.

Consignment is a shortened term for 'entrusted transport'. It is a method where you entrust your car from home to a transport company to have it delivered to your desired destination.
Travel Customers: When traveling with the entire family by plane, you can send just your car loaded with travel items.
Car Sales: In cases of sales or purchases of new and used cars, we handle the transport for you.
Moving to Jeju: On a hectic moving day, we send your family's car along with the moving goods.
Business: We transport special-purpose vehicles for advertising shoots, film shoots, construction, exhibitions, and personnel transfers.
This is a door-to-door service where a driver visits your home.
The transport time combines land and sea transport, taking a minimum of 18 to 36 hours.
Depending on the pickup area, the use of car carrier consignment services may be restricted.
The consignment fee may vary depending on the vehicle type, location, transport method, and weekday/weekend.
Please make sure to pre-arrange if your vehicle has modifications such as wide tires, spoilers, roof tents, or bicycle carriers.
We recommend checking tire pressure, coolant, and engine oil before consignment.
Flammable/explosive materials, valuables, and perishable foods cannot be loaded.
