Note: On Queen Jenuvia 2's non-operating days, Queen Jenuvia operates as a substitute and departs from the Mokpo Port International Passenger Terminal. Vehicles must be checked in 1 hour before departure, and passengers must be checked in 10 minutes before departure. Please make sure to adhere to these times. All accompanying passengers must have their ID and individual contact information for ticket issuance.

Those with mobile boarding passes can skip the ticketing process. Ticketing and boarding close 10 minutes before departure. No ticketing without an ID. For infants and young children without an ID, a copy of the family register is recommended. Accepted IDs → Mobile ID, family register, resident register, family relationship certificate, etc.

Boarding

When the boarding announcement is made, the driver should verify IDs and tickets before proceeding with vehicle loading and boarding simultaneously, while passengers disembark from the vehicle and board through the trapdoor. For customers with individually issued mobile tickets, please have your ticket and ID ready in advance.

Customers who may have difficulty boarding are encouraged to apply for the "Priority Boarding Service" in advance.

Customers with heavy luggage are advised to receive instructions for baggage check-in at the front of the boarding trap. After arrival, they can retrieve their stored luggage.
Customers traveling with pets must ensure that their pets wear muzzles before boarding and store them in cages.
