Arrival at the terminal

Queen Jenuvia: Departs from Mokpo Port International Passenger Terminal.

Vehicles must be checked in 1 hour before departure for daytime ferries and 1 hour and 30 minutes before departure for nighttime ferries. Passenger check-in closes 10 minutes before departure, so please adhere to the specified times. Terminal parking (paid): Maximum 5,000 KRW per day.

Move to the vehicle loading area.

Upon arrival at the International Passenger Terminal, please disembark any passengers first. Then, only the driver should proceed to the cargo terminal (located right next to the passenger terminal) and follow the instructions of the on-site staff to load the vehicle.

While waiting, we will issue a "Vehicle Loading Request Form" for you. This form is essential when purchasing tickets, so please ensure you have it with you and do not leave it in your vehicle. Customers using mobile boarding passes will not be issued a "Vehicle Loading Request Form."

Vehicle Loading

According to the instructions of the staff move to the vehicle deck of the shipand complete parking in the designated spot.

If you have difficulty driving, please request assistance from the stevedore in advance, and we will assist you with the loading. Please make sure to familiarize yourself with the vehicle loading location (floor, zone).

Move to the passenger terminal.

Carry the loading request form, ID, and weighbridge ticket (for vehicles over 1 ton)and proceed to the passenger terminal
Be cautious of areas with heavy vehicle movement while moving.

If you have not received the loading request form, please request issuance from the on-site staff. However, customers using mobile boarding passes will not be issued a loading request form.

Ticketing

Please provide your ID and either the reservation name or reservation number. All accompanying passengers must have their ID and individual contact information for ticket issuance.

Ticketing and boarding close 10 minutes before departure. No ticketing without ID. For infants and young children without ID, a copy of the family register is recommended. Accepted IDs: Mobile ID, family register, resident register, family relationship certificate, etc.

Boarding

When the boarding announcement is made, proceed through the gate, verify your ID and ticket, and begin boarding. Customers with mobile tickets should also prepare their ticket and ID in advance.

The gate may change depending on the tide. Customers with physical discomfort are encouraged to apply for the 'Priority Boarding Service' in advance.

Vehicle loading and boarding instructions

Upon entering the entrance of the Samhak Passenger Terminal parking lot, follow the instructions of the on-site staffand wait for the vehicle loading sequence

While waiting for vehicle loading, please prepare your "ID and mobile boarding pass." After verifying your ID and mobile boarding pass, disembark any passengers and follow the staff's guidance to the boarding area. After vehicle loading, the driver should follow the staff's guidance to move from the vehicle deck to the designated cabin.
Customers with unreserved vehicles should receive a "Loading Request Form" and proceed to the vehicle deck after submission at the terminal. For vehicles over 1 ton, please prepare the "Weighbridge Ticket" obtained from the certified weighbridge and submit it to the staff.

For infants and young children, please bring a resident registration copy or medical insurance card. Customers with difficulty driving can request assistance from on-site staff for loading completion. Please make sure to be aware of the vehicle loading location (floor, zone).

Arrive at the "Jeju Coastal Passenger Terminal" located between docks 2 and 3. After all passengers have disembarked wait for the driverwho has completed vehicle loading inside the terminal.

Move to Dock 4

The driver moves with the vehicle to Dock 4 located next to the Jeju Coastal Passenger Terminal.

At the entrance of Dock 4, ID verification and a brief vehicle inspection will be conducted.

Move to Dock 4 next to the Coastal Passenger Terminal and follow the on-site staff's instructions to sequentially load the vehicles.

While waiting, we will issue a "Vehicle Loading Request Form." It is essential for ticket issuance at the ticket office, so please ensure you have it with you and do not leave it in your vehicle. However, this form is not issued for users of mobile boarding passes.

Customers with heavy luggage can drop off their baggage at the baggage drop-off point near the boarding ramp. Upon arrival in Mokpo, you just need to collect your stored baggage.

When disembarking, if there is an announcement specifically for customers using vehicles, proceed with your companions to the vehicle and begin disembarking sequentially.

Moving to Dock 6 adjacent to the International Passenger Terminal, and following the guidance of on-site staff, vehicles will be loaded sequentially.

Move to 6th dock located next to the International Passenger Terminal and follow the instructions of the on-site staff to load vehicles sequentially. After completion of loading, proceed to the shuttle bus waiting area.

During the waiting period, we issue a 'vehicle loading request form.' It is crucial for ticket issuance at the ticket counter, so please ensure not to forget it in your car. However, it is not issued for users of mobile boarding passes.

After completing vehicle loading, please wait at the Shuttle Bus Waiting Area. During departure times, shuttle buses operate frequently to transport passengers to the International Passenger Terminal.

Please drive at a speed of 10km/h or below during vehicle loading to prevent potential damage to the underside of the vehicle. Keep the driver's side window open to hear instructions while loading the vehicle. After parking your vehicle, close the window and engage the handbrake. If you find driving difficult, please request assistance from the dockworkers in advance for help with the loading process. Make sure to familiarize yourself with the vehicle loading location.
