Registering 'Disabled Customers' When Making a Reservation

① For phone reservations: Please make sure to inform us if any customer is disabled.

② For online reservations: Please input in the special instructions section if any customer is disabled.

Boarding Procedures

① Customers Shipping Vehicles

  • Please have disabled customers wait in the vehicle, while accompanying passengers present all passengers' identification and confirm the vehicle type and license plate number before ticket issuance
  • After moving by vehicle, accompany disabled customers to the vehicle loading area, and follow the on-site staff's instructions to move to the vehicle loading area near the elevator on board.
  • After the ticket is checked by the waiting crew member, follow the instructions to use the elevator and move to the respective cabin.
  • Approximately 20 minutes before arriving in Jeju Island, when the disembarkation announcement for vehicle passengers is made, receive assistance from the waiting crew member to use the elevator to move to the vehicle and begin disembarkation in order.

※ To use the parking space for disabled customers, please arrive by 07:40 during the day and 22:00 at night

② Customers Without Vehicles

  • When you purchase a ticket, please inform us if there are any "Customers with Disabilities". The staff will check the ticket and provide "Priority Boarding Service" before general boarding.
  • Upon arrival in Jeju, disembark with the assistance of the waiting crew when the disembarkation announcement is made.

※ However, for departures from Jeju, the service may be restricted due to strict entry control and verification procedures by relevant authorities in visa-free areas. Please inform us at the time of booking if there are any "Customers with Disabilities".

  • Customers with disabilities should wait in their vehicle while accompanying customers bring all passengers' IDs, verify vehicle type and license plate number, and receive the tickets.
  • After moving to the vehicle with the fever check official and completing the fever check, proceed to the vehicle loading area and follow the on-site staff's instructions to move to the vehicle loading section near the ship's elevator.
  • After ticket verification by the waiting crew member (ticket gate), follow the guidance and use the elevator to move to the designated cabin.
  • About 20 minutes before arrival in Jeju, an announcement will be made for vehicle disembarkation. Follow the guidance of the waiting crew member to use the elevator, move to the vehicle, and begin disembarkation in order.

※ To use the parking spaces for customers with disabilities, you must arrive by 12:00 for Queen Jeonnubia and 13:30 for Queen Jeonnubia 2.

  • Customers with disabilities should wait in their vehicle while a guardian (only one person) presents their ID, verifies the vehicle type and license plate number, and receives the ticket.
  • After receiving the ticket, proceed to the vehicle loading area and board the ship first via the stairs inside the ship, following the guidance of on-site staff.
  • After ticket verification by the waiting crew, proceed to the designated seat using the stairs according to the guidance.
  • Approximately 10 minutes before arrival in Jeju, an announcement will be made for vehicle disembarkation. Follow the guidance of the waiting crew to use the stairs, move to the vehicle, and begin disembarkation in order.

※ For priority boarding, customers with disabilities should arrive at the ticket office by 07:00 for 08:00 service and by 12:30 for 13:30 service.

② Customers Without Vehicles

  • If you inform us that there are customers with disabilities at the time of ticketing, ticketing staff will assist the guardian (1 person) to board first with "Priority Boarding Service" before general boarding.
  • Upon arrival in Jeju, disembark with the assistance of the waiting crew member when the disembarkation announcement is made.
