Terminal Arrival

Queen Jenuvia: Mokpo Port International Passenger Terminal is the departure point.

Vehicle boarding closes 1 hour 30 minutes before departure for nighttime sailings and passenger boarding closes 10 minutes before departure, so please adhere to the schedule. Paid parking available, maximum 5,000 KRW per day

Moving to the Bike Loading Area

When you exit the terminal parking lot, move to the cargo terminal located on the right (Queen Junubia) and wait for your turn to load your vehicle following the instructions of the onsite staff.

A “Vehicle Loading Request Form” will be issued while waiting. Please do not leave it in the car as it is essential for ticketing at the ticket booth. Mobile boarding pass users will not be issued a “Vehicle Loading Request Form”.

Bike Loading

Following the instructions of the staff, move to the vehicle deck of the ship and complete parking in the designated spot.

If you have difficulty driving, please request assistance from the loading staff in advance, and they will complete the loading for you. Please remember the location (floor, area) where your vehicle is loaded.

Move to the Passenger Terminal

Bring your Loading Order, ID, and Weighing Slip (for trucks over 1 ton) and move to the Passenger Terminal.
Be careful when moving as there are many vehicles in the area.

If you have not received the Loading Order, request one from the on-site staff. However, mobile ticket users will not receive a Loading Order.

Ticketing

Please provide your ID and the name of the reservation holder or reservation number. All accompanying passengers
must also have their IDs and individual contact information for ticket issuance.

Ticketing and boarding close 10 minutes before departure. Tickets cannot be issued without an ID. For children and infants without an ID, a copy of the family register is recommended. Accepted IDs include mobile ID, family register, resident registration certificate, family relationship certificate, etc.

Boarding

When the announcement for boarding is made, please proceed to the gate with your ID and ticket
for verification. Mobile ticket holders should also
prepare their ticket and ID in advance.

The boarding gate may change according to the tide. If you have any mobility issues, please apply for the "Priority Boarding Service" in advance.

Note: On the 1st, 3rd, and 5th Mondays, the Queen Jenuvia operates as a substitute, departing from the Mokpo Port International Passenger Terminal. Vehicle loading closes 1 hour before departure for daytime ferries and 1 hour 30 minutes before departure for nighttime ferries. Passengers must check in at least 10 minutes before departure. Moving to the Bike Loading Area

After entering the Samhak Pier parking lot entrance, please wait for your vehicle loading turn following the instructions of the on-site staff.

While waiting, drivers should prepare their "ID and mobile boarding pass". We will check the reserved bike CC, so please prepare the "bike registration certificate" in advance. Loading may be restricted if the registration certificate is not provided. If you have not received a mobile boarding pass, please obtain one at the ticket office before loading. After loading the vehicle, drivers should follow the staff's instructions to move from the vehicle deck to the designated passenger cabin.

Arrival at the Terminal

Arrive at the "Jeju Coastal Passenger Terminal" located between Piers 2 and 3. All passengers should disembark, and then wait for the driver who has completed vehicle loading inside the terminal.

Passengers must check in 10 minutes before departure, and vehicles must check in 30 minutes before departure. Please adhere to the specified times.

Move to Pier 4

The driver moves with the vehicle to Pier 4, located next to the Jeju Harbor Coastal Passenger Terminal.

At the entrance of Pier 4, ID verification and a brief vehicle inspection will be conducted.

Motorcycle Loading

Move to Pier 4 next to the Coastal Passenger Terminal and follow the on-site staff's instructions to load the vehicle sequentially.

During the wait, we issue a "Vehicle Loading Request Form". It is essential when purchasing tickets, so please ensure it's kept in the vehicle. However, mobile ticket users do not need this document.

Transfer to Terminal

After completing vehicle loading, wait at the shuttle bus waiting area and use the shuttle bus that operates regularly to transfer to the passenger terminal.

Please bring the "Vehicle Loading Request Form" we issued. However, it is not issued for mobile ticket users.

For customers with heavy luggage, luggage reception is available at the front of the boarding truck. Upon arrival in Mokpo, you can collect your stored luggage.

If you have heavy luggage, luggage assistance is available at the front of the boarding ramp. Your luggage will be stored and can be collected upon arrival in Mokpo (additional fee).

When the disembarkation announcement is made for passengers using vehicles, proceed to disembark in order after moving to the vehicle with your companions.

When moving to the vehicle, please be cautious of the wheel chocks to avoid tripping over.

Moving to Vehicle Loading Area

Follow the instructions of the on-site staff to move your bike to the designated location and wait for your turn for loading.

Bikes are loaded first, so wait with your bike at the indicated spot in the photo. During the wait, proceed with the inspection. Have your boarding pass (bike ticket, driver's ticket) and identification ready.

Motorcycle Loading

Once the inspection is complete, please proceed to load your motorcycle as directed and then move inside the ship according to the instructions.

When loading the motorcycle, please enter slowly at speeds of 10 km/h or less to avoid slipping. After loading the motorcycle with the belt, please inform the driver of 4-6 points for securing and releasing the bike. Please hold the bike to prevent it from falling during securing and releasing. Make sure to familiarize yourself with the motorcycle loading location.

Move to Pier 2

Please arrive in order at the entrance to Pier 2 on the right side.
Only the driver is allowed to enter the loading pier and load the vehicle onboard.

After bringing your identification, passengers should proceed to the right terminal. Vehicle boarding closes 20 minutes before departure, and passenger boarding closes 10 minutes before departure, so please be sure to adhere to the schedule. We appreciate your prompt arrival as motorcycles are loaded first.

Vehicle Loading

Please enter the pier checkpoint and wait in line.

Guide will assist you in loading your motorcycle and provide instructions to proceed to the terminal. After loading, make sure to have your identification with you and proceed to the terminal.

Terminal Transfer

After loading your bike, exit the 2nd dock checkpoint and proceed to the terminal.
- Have your identification and loading request form ready for transfer.
(Mobile boarding pass users do not need to provide a loading request form)

Motorcycles are loaded first, so please wait at the designated area for bike loading. During the wait, boarding procedures will be conducted. Please prepare your boarding pass (motorcycle ticket, driver's ticket), and identification in advance.

For customers with heavy luggage, please follow the instructions for luggage check-in at the boarding ramp, and collect your stored luggage upon arrival. For customers traveling with pets, please ensure that they wear a muzzle and are kept in a cage before boarding.
