Depart from Queen Jeonubiya: Mokpo International Passenger Terminal.

Ticketing

Present your identification and receive your ticket. Also, inform them that you have a bicycle and complete payment for the bicycle fee, then receive your receipt. If you have pre-purchased bicycle tickets online, proceed directly to the bicycle loading area.

(₩3,000 per bicycle, ₩2,000 additional for each additional carrier, ₩3,000 for electric quick boards)

The bicycle loading fee of ₩3,000 is a maritime freight charge, and the carrier is exempt from any liability if the bicycle is not stored in a hard case. Flat shoes are not allowed for boarding, so please prepare extra shoes. Ticketing and boarding close 10 minutes before departure. Ticketing is not available without proper identification.

Exit through the entrance you came in and head towards Queen Jeonubia (on the left).

Bicycle Loading

Move to the vehicle loading area and present your bicycle receipt to the on-site staff.
Follow their instructions to safely load your bicycle.
As mentioned earlier, if you do not pack it in a hard case, the carrier is exempt from any damages such as scratches or breakage, so please be mindful of this.

This area has a lot of movement of large vehicles. Please follow the instructions of the on-site staff to prevent accidents.

Boarding

When the boarding announcement is made, proceed through the gate to verify your ID and ticket before boarding. Customers with mobile tickets should also prepare their tickets and IDs in advance.

Gate assignments may change depending on the tides.

Disembarkation

Once the vessel has safely docked, proceed to the bicycle loading area for disembarkation with your bicycle. Alternatively, you can disembark along with regular passengers and then move to the bicycle loading area on the seaward side to complete the disembarkation with your bicycle.

Exercise caution to prevent bicycles from falling due to the vehicle's securing devices.

Attention: On the first, third, and fifth Mondays, Queen Nebia operates on a replacement schedule departing from Mokpo International Passenger Terminal. Vehicle check-in closes one hour before departure for daytime sailings and one hour and thirty minutes before for nighttime sailings. Passengers check-in closes ten minutes before departure, so please adhere strictly to the schedule. Samhak Pier Passenger Terminal Parking: Free of charge

Bicycle Loading and Boarding Instructions

Follow the instructions of on-site staff after entering the Samhak Wharf parking lot entrance to wait for the vehicle loading sequence.

Please prepare your "identification and mobile boarding pass" while waiting. After loading your bicycle, please follow the staff's instructions to move from the vehicle deck to the designated cabin. If you have not received a mobile boarding pass, please obtain one from the ticket office and then proceed with the loading.
Please ensure you are aware of the bicycle's location (floor, area).

Move to Dock 04

The driver moves with the bicycle to Dock 4, located next to the Jeju Port Coastal Passenger Terminal.

After moving to the bow of the ship (location for vehicle loading), load the bicycle and then use the shuttle bus to reach the passenger terminal.

Drivers will move to Berth 6 located next to the Jeju International Passenger Terminal with their bicycles.
After moving to the fore part of the ship (where vehicles are loaded), complete bicycle loading and then use the shuttle bus to move to the passenger terminal.

Present your identification and reservation name or reservation number for ticketing. Also, inform the staff about the presence of your bicycle and complete the payment for the bicycle fee. Then, collect your bicycle ticket. If you have purchased your bicycle ticket online in advance, proceed directly to the loading area.

(3000 won per bicycle, additional 2000 won for luggage, 3000 won for electric kickboard)

No ticketing is required if you have a mobile boarding pass. Ticketing is not possible without presenting identification. For children without identification, it is recommended to bring a birth certificate. Photographs of identification, birth certificates, passports, etc., are not accepted as valid identification. Accepted forms of identification: Mobile ID, birth certificate, original document, family relationship certificate, passport, etc.

Proceed to the vehicle entrance next to the cargo terminal to move to the bicycle loading area.

After moving to the vehicle loading area, present your bicycle ticket to the on-site staff for verification and follow their instructions for bicycle loading. During the waiting period, entry procedures will be conducted. Please have your boarding pass (bike ticket, driver's ticket), and ID ready in advance.

Bicycle Loading

After moving to the vehicle loading area, verify your bicycle ticket with the on-site staff and follow their instructions to safely load your bicycle.
Please note that the carrier is exempt from any scratches, damages, etc., that may occur due to not using a hard case for the bicycle.

This is the location where vehicles are loaded. Please follow the on-site staff's instructions to avoid accidents. When moving onto the ship, the floor may be slippery, so please hold onto your bicycle and walk carefully during the movement.

Move to Pier 2

Arrive and wait in order of arrival at the right side of the entrance to Pier 2.

Passengers should present their identification and proceed to the right terminal. Vehicle check-in closes 20 minutes before departure, and passenger check-in closes 10 minutes before departure, so please be punctual.

Bicycle Loading

Enter the pier checkpoint and wait in turn.
Proceed to the terminal as directed.

Identification check at the checkpoint entrance. Follow the guide to load your bicycle and proceed to the terminal as directed. After loading, make sure to have your identification with you before moving to the terminal.

After loading your bicycle, exit the checkpoint at Pier 2 and proceed to the terminal.

Passing through the Gate

When the gate announcement is made, proceed through the gate and present your identification and ticket to begin boarding.

After passing through the gate, you can utilize the "Port Duty-Free Shop."

Boarding

At the boarding trap, verify your boarding pass and identification once again before completing the boarding process.

If you have heavy luggage, you will receive baggage reception instructions at the boarding trap, and you can retrieve your stored luggage upon arrival. Passengers traveling with pets must wear a muzzle on their pets before boarding and store them in a cage.
