SeaWorld Express Ferry Co., Ltd. secures future competitiveness by ensuring passenger safety and opening new horizons through differentiated strategies and innovation, thus creating a turning point for a new leap forward.
The practice of ethical management serves as the foundation for this goal. SeaWorld Express Ferry Co., Ltd. has revised the Code of Ethics and Practice Standards to become a trustworthy partner for various stakeholders and to enhance customer value.
All members of SeaWorld Express Ferry Co., Ltd. must comply with this Code of Ethics and Practice Standards.

Employee Ethics

We perform our duties with clear and transparent standards, fulfilling our responsibilities with sincerity and utmost effort.

Bribery

We do not accept, offer, or promise to offer any form of illegal or unethical benefits or bribes (Ⅰ) from or to stakeholders, whether monetary or non-monetary.

We prohibit improper solicitations between employees and stakeholders, as well as among internal employees.

Insider Trading

Confidential information, knowledge, and data (ii) acquired directly or indirectly through job performance must not be disclosed or used for personal gain.

Abuse of Authority

Employees must not exert undue influence by using their job authority or position, nor pursue illegal benefits for the company or individuals.

Document Preparation and Reporting

Employees must not prepare or report documents based on manipulated content such as concealment, understatement, exaggeration, or false information, nor share such documents with internal or external stakeholders.

  • Bribery refers to any form of benefit given or received to obtain monetary or non-monetary purposes. This includes money, services, entertainment, gifts, donations, grants, preferential treatment, and conveniences.
  • Transactions often involve the use of company confidential information, knowledge, business information, organizational information such as mergers and acquisitions, stock-related information, and internal decision-making matters.

Fair Competition and Transactions

We compete fairly in the market and conduct transactions fairly with our contractual partners.

Anti-Monopoly

We do not engage in activities that may hinder fair competition, such as abusing a dominant market position or abusing transactional status through unfair transactions.

Collusion

We do not obtain information through improper means from competitors, partners, or other organizations, nor use or disclose information improperly obtained by the company or third parties.

Money Laundering

We do not engage in any activities related to money laundering involving customers, partners, suppliers, other organizations, or individuals.

Intellectual Property Rights

We protect the trade secrets of our partners in contractual relationships and do not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of other companies or individuals.

Taxation

We comply with the tax laws of each country where our business is located to ensure transparent and fair tax practices, and we do not evade legitimate tax obligations.

Procurement

We do not exert undue influence using job authority or position, nor pursue illegal benefits for the company or individuals.

Realizing Customer Value

We provide safe products, the best services, and accurate information to realize customer value while thoroughly protecting personal information.

Customer Safety

We do not make decisions that compromise customer safety at any stage, including research and development, raw material procurement, production, sales and distribution, and after-sales service.

Quality

We do not engage in activities that compromise the quality standards necessary to reliably supply the best products and services to our customers.

We provide accurate and useful information about our products and services to help customers make informed decisions, and we do not provide false or exaggerated information.

Personal Information Protection

We comply with relevant laws and regulations to protect customers' personal information and do not engage in activities that could unlawfully infringe upon customers' personal information.

Customer Feedback

We listen to customer feedback on our products and services and actively accommodate legitimate demands and reasonable suggestions from customers.

Customer Accessibility
