We would like to inform you about the operation of bringing pets on board in Santa Monica.

We plan to operate with assigned seating. Small dogs must be kept in a carrier and will be assigned a seat next to the designated area.

For medium and large dogs, the basic rule is to keep them in your vehicle. If keeping them in the vehicle is not possible, they must be stored in a carrier and kept in the baggage room on board.

Section 3: Refunds, Refund Fees, and Cancellation Fees

Article 19 (Refunds and Refund Fees)

① The carrier shall refund the fare according to the following criteria if the passenger's boarding is canceled, postponed, or delayed for reasons beyond the passenger's control after purchasing the boarding ticket (refer to the table below).

If you are departing from Jeju, Santa Monica departs from the Coastal Passenger Terminal at Pier 2, and Queen Jenuvia also departs from the Coastal Passenger Terminal at Pier 2 at 13:40. Membership Terms

Article 1 (Purpose)
The purpose of this membership agreement is to stipulate the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the manager and the users (hereinafter referred to as "members") in using the internet-related services (hereinafter referred to as "services") operated by Seaworld Soqueferry Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Company A").

Article 2 (Effectiveness of the Terms and Conditions)

These terms and conditions take effect by notifying members upon their registration with Company A.
Company A may change these terms and conditions, and the changed terms take effect by notifying or announcing them in the same manner as in paragraph 1.
Changes and details of the terms and conditions will be announced on the homepage of Company A.
Article 3 (Compliance with Laws Other Than These Terms and Conditions)
Matters not specified in these terms and conditions shall follow the provisions of the Basic Telecommunications Act, the Telecommunications Business Act, and other related laws.

Article 4 (Conclusion of the Use Agreement)
By clicking the agreement button below the membership terms during the registration process, it is considered that the member has agreed to these terms and that the contract is concluded.

Article 5 (Definitions)
The definitions of terms used in these terms and conditions are as follows:

Member: A person who has signed a service use contract with Company A.
ID: A combination of letters and numbers selected by the member and approved by Company A for member identification and service use.
Password: A combination of letters and numbers selected by the member to protect their confidentiality in communications.
Article 6 (Application for Use)

Membership registration can be applied for by recording the application form online and submitting it to Company A.
The applicant must use their real name and resident registration number and can only apply for one ID.
Article 7 (Acceptance of Membership Registration)
Upon application as per Article 6 through the internet, Company A immediately approves the membership registration, allowing the applicant to use the services.

Article 8 (Rejection of Membership Application and Forced Withdrawal)

Company A may reject a membership application if it is found that another person's name or resident registration number has been used.
Even after approval, if it is discovered that false information was provided, or if the member damages the reputation of Company A or posts obscene or unhealthy content, Company A may forcibly terminate the member's qualification.
Article 9 (Suspension of Service Provision)
Company A may suspend the provision of services in the following cases:

If unavoidable for maintenance of facilities
If a common carrier regulated by the Telecommunications Business Act stops telecommunications services
If Company A is unable to provide services for any other reason.
Article 10 (Obligations of Company A)

Company A shall make every effort to provide continuous and stable services.
Company A shall take utmost care in managing and securing members' credit information and personal information.
Article 11 (Protection of Personal Information)

Company A collects only the minimum information necessary to provide services.

Provided personal information cannot be used for purposes other than its intended use or provided to third parties without the user's consent. However, exceptions are made in the following cases:
① If provided in a form that does not identify specific individuals for statistical, academic, or market research purposes
② If required by law, such as the Basic Telecommunications Act, and upon the request of a national institution
③ If there is a purpose for investigation of a crime or upon the request of the Information and Communication Ethics Committee
④ If requested through procedures stipulated by other relevant laws

Members may request to view or correct errors in their personal information held by Company A at any time, and Company A shall handle these requests promptly.

Article 12 (Obligations of Members)

Members shall comply with the related laws, these terms and conditions, usage guides, and notices from Company A, and shall not interfere with the business of Company A.
Members shall not engage in any profit-making activities using the services without prior consent from Company A.
Members shall not use the information obtained through the service for reproduction, modification, translation, publication, broadcasting, or other means without prior consent from Company A, nor provide it to others.
Members must notify Company A of any changes in the details provided in the application form through the service.
Members shall not engage in the following activities related to the use of the service:
① Unauthorized use of another member's ID
② Activities for the purpose of or related to crimes
③ Acts that harm public order and morals
④ Defaming or insulting others
⑤ Infringing on the rights of others, such as intellectual property rights
⑥ Hacking or spreading computer viruses
⑦ Continuously transmitting certain content or linking to other sites against others' will
⑧ Acts that hinder or may hinder the stable operation of the service
⑨ Other acts that violate related laws
⑩ Commercial advertisement promotion or transactions through community boards
Article 13 (Deletion of Posts or Content)
Company A may delete posts or content without prior notice or consent if they violate the regulations of Article 12 or exceed the prescribed posting period of Company A.

Article 14 (Rights and Obligations of Posts)
All rights and responsibilities, including copyrights, for posts are attributed to the member who posted them.

Article 15 (Prohibition of Transfer)
Members cannot transfer, give as a gift, or provide as collateral their service use rights or any status in the use contract to others.

Article 16 (Termination and Restriction of Use)

If a member wishes to terminate the use contract, they must apply to Company A through the service or email at least one day before the intended termination date (if the termination date is a public holiday, two days before the holiday starts).
Company A may restrict approval if a member who has terminated or withdrawn applies for use again within a certain period.
Article 17 (Disclaimer and Compensation)

Company A is not responsible for the accuracy or reliability of information, materials, or facts posted by members on the service, and members use the service at their own risk. Members are responsible for any damages or disadvantages incurred from using the information posted or transmitted through the service.
Company A is not responsible for any transactions between members or between a member and a third party through the service that violate Article 12, nor is it responsible for any expected benefits from using the service.
Members are responsible for any damages caused by the carelessness or unauthorized use of their ID and password.
If a member violates Article 12 or other provisions of these terms and conditions, causing Company A to be liable to another member or a third party, the violating member shall compensate Company A for all damages and indemnify Company A from such liability.
Article 18 (Dispute Resolution)

Company A and members shall make every effort to resolve disputes arising from the service amicably.
If a lawsuit arises despite the efforts in paragraph 1, the lawsuit shall be under the jurisdiction of the court where Company A is located.
Supplementary Provisions Article 1 (Effective Date)
These terms and conditions are effective from March 17, 2023.
