- You can withdraw consent for the collection, use, and provision of personal information at any time. To withdraw consent, click "Member Withdrawal (Consent Withdrawal)" in "My Page" or contact the Personal Information Manager via email for immediate deletion of personal information and other necessary actions.
- This site will take necessary measures to ensure that consent withdrawal can be exercised in the same manner and procedures as when personal information was collected.
Article 9 (Retention and Use Period of Personal Information)
- In principle, personal information will be destroyed without delay once the purpose of collection and use is achieved. However, the following information is retained for the specified period for the reasons stated:
- Retention Items: Membership registration information (Login ID, Name, Nickname)
- Reason for Retention: To prevent re-registration and activities with existing member IDs
- Retention Period: Until the site is closed or operations cease
- Additionally, if required by laws such as the Commercial Act, the company will retain transaction and membership information for the period specified by relevant laws.
- Retention Items: Contract or withdrawal records, payment and goods supply records, complaint or dispute handling records
- Reason for Retention: Protection of consumers in electronic commerce
- Retention Period: Contract or withdrawal records (5 years), payment and goods supply records (5 years), complaint or dispute handling records (3 years)
- If continued retention is necessary, consent will be obtained.
Article 10 (Procedure and Method of Destruction of Personal Information)
This site will destroy personal information without delay once the purpose of collection and use is achieved. The procedure and method of destruction are as follows:
- Destruction Procedure: Information entered for membership registration is moved to a separate database (or separate file cabinet for paper) after the purpose is achieved, stored for a certain period in accordance with internal policies and relevant laws, and then destroyed. Personal information moved to a separate database will not be used for any purposes other than retention according to the law.
- Destruction Method: Personal information stored in electronic file formats is deleted using technical methods that prevent data recovery.
Article 11 (Protection of Children's Personal Information)
- This site obtains consent from legal guardians when collecting personal information from children under 14.
- Legal guardians of children under 14 can request access, correction, or withdrawal of consent for their child's personal information, and the site will take necessary actions without delay upon such requests.
